Woofer’s Refund Policy

We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, we will be happy to consider offering a refund.
Our refund policy apply to all payments: Crypto or Credit Card
Full Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and should meet one of the following conditions fully:
- Woofer/Plus did not work on your PC/Laptop because it is not compatible or reasons we find fit and it’s not used more than 2 times before contacting support.
- Woofer/Plus is compatible, but did not work as intended and it’s not used more than 2 times before contacting support.
- Woofer/Plus key purchased was not used yet.
- Plus Key was not transferred to a new system
- Haven’t used the Unspoofer.
By purchasing our product(s), you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgement or legal actions.
The time frame for the refund policy is only 14 days from purchase.
This only applies to site purchases. It does not affect resellers refund policy.

Your refund will appear on your bank statement in 5-10 business days.

If we make material changes to this policy, we may notify you on our website, by telegram, by email, or by any method we determine. The method we chose is at our sole discretion. We will also change the last updated date at the beginning of this page. Any changes we make to our refunds policy are effective as of this last updated date and replace any prior refunds policies.
